Video monitoring

Our company's premises are monitored by video. Video monitoring is used to prevent and provide information about theft, vandalism and other property damage, and to secure evidence, as well as to exercise our rights as the property owner. Erasure: In general, recorded footage is deleted after 72 hours. The only exceptions are cases in which there is sufficient suspicion that property was damaged or stolen. In such cases, the relevant image files are saved separately as proof and kept until conclusive information is determined, investigative proceedings are over, or the statute of limitations for the incident expires, whichever occurs first. Legal basis: Data is processed to safeguard our legitimate interests in protecting our property pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

 

Web hosting

We make use of an Internet service provider to maintain our website. Our website is saved on the service provider's server (hosting) and the service provider makes our website available on the Internet. The Internet service provider processes on our behalf contact data, content data, contractual data, usage data, inventory data, and meta and communication data. Legal basis: The legal basis for the data processing described above is our legitimate interest in the efficient and secure provisioning of our website, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (Agreement for Data Processing).

If you use our website for informational purposes only, our Internet service provider will collect only personal data that your browser transfers to its server. This includes the following data:

If you apply for a position with us, the personal data you submit during the application process will be sent to the Cornerstone OnDemand servers within the European Union (UK), processed there, and saved in a database. By accessing this database, we can obtain an overview of the applications received and can manage them. We have concluded an Agreement for Data Processing with Cornerstone OnDemand. It consists of data protection regulations that guarantee your personal data is processed by Cornerstone OnDemand with the necessary security and care. Cornerstone OnDemand has been awarded the ISO 27001 certificate, which serves as a guarantee and confirmation of compliance with data protection regulations. Registration

Behavioral analytics

We analyze the cumulative user behavior when our newsletter is sent; we do not analyze the user behavior of individual recipients. These help us identify if and when all recipients, in total, have opened the newsletter and if so, the links they clicked on in the newsletter. Purpose: We evaluate the newsletter as described above to be able to measure statistically the success or failure of our newsletter.
